Appointment Request
Things to Note:
- Availability & Appointment Request or Waitlist for 1:1 Reading Sessions with Cynthia.
- You will receive a response within 12-hours of Form Submission from Cynthia to Schedule your Appointment.
- There are no same day appointments available.
- All Appointments are $120 payable via PayPal - a link will be emailed or texted from Cynthia.

Types of Sessions:
Live Phone Session: You'll be provided with Cynthia's office number. At your scheduled appointment time, you call the number and speak with Cynthia over the phone. These sessions are not recorded or transcribed by Cynthia. Live Zoom Session: You'll be provided with a private Zoom-link to join at the time of your appointment. You will be asked if you'd like the session recorded and made securely available to you for a limited time for download. |
Pre-Recorded Video or Audio Sessions:
Cynthia will record your reading session for you.* Sessions include guided meditations to open and close the reading. You will then be provided a private, temporary link to download the video or audio track (based on your request) and a transcript PDF. These pre-recorded sessions automatically come with a follow-up Q&A exchange since you're not present to ask "last questions" as you'd be able to on the live calls. Details will be in your Appointment Confirmation communication.
Automatic Writing:
The content of this session will have a scheduled timeframe.* Cynthia will conduct this kind of channeled session differently. She can receive directly downloaded information from Spirit which she writes out but will often begin the session with a Spirit-led Journey on your behalf, then write the messages & visions she received. There is then usually a Tarot spread laid out for reflection and confirmation, a photo would be included in your PDF. The private, temporary link to download your Automatic Writing/Direct Channel messages PDF will be emailed to you with instructions upon completion.
*These pre-recorded sessions have flexible scheduling since they're conducted differently. However, there is still time appointed specifically to your session as with a live call. You do not have to be present for this appointment - that's the difference. Therefore, your "Appointment Request" will be responded to with an email confirming when you can expect delivery of the links to your session material(s) and all other necessary details (i.e., payment, delivery options, etc.).

All sessions must be pre-paid via the link sent to you at scheduling. Please handle rescheduling and cancellations with Cynthia immediately to find out options if your appointment has already been confirmed/paid. And, as my husband used to say, "No one can guarantee the future. We have free will and make our own happiness or unhappiness." And, in the spirit of how we've always conducted ourselves, there is no need to argue. If you're unsatisfied with your reading session, you will be refunded within 14 days upon request.
